Technical Procurement Specialist Required Management

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Issue RFQ’s, proposals, negotiate prices, recommend suppliers, and follow up on orders placed.
• Review or prepare and assure placement of purchase requisitions and related documents for goods and services for new product development; including but not limited to, purchase requisition, change notices, master purchase agreements, sole source justifications, make or buy analyses, vendor documentation requirements and associated cost estimates.
• Reviewing the effective and efficient flow of raw materials in support of the company’s product lines.
• Utilize the SAP system to maintain and keep inventory at optimum levels to support product launch efforts.
• Partner with operations to identify raw materials necessary, while coordinating QA activities to ensure efficient and constant flow of raw materials to support launch activities.
• Maintain material database which includes driving the accuracy of MRP.
• Provide stock overview.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management and at least 2 years hands on technical procurement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; Excel – V look up, Pivot tables, formulas, formatting, Microsoft Project experience a plus.
Hands on transnational experience in SAP environment required; BOM management and master data input.
An in-depth working knowledge of SAP MM implementation and end-user.SAP AG Germany certified consultant is not required at all.
In-depth knowledge and experience in product lifecycle management, including gate-based product development processes
