Job Description

Business Development Bankers (BDBs) with young and energetic individuals who have a flair for Sales & Marketing, are entrenched in local communities, enjoy interacting with people and taking challenges. This is a permanent position from the start and offers all privileges as regular employees of the bank.

Job Responsibility

• Represent the bank in the market in professional manner.
• Achieve new account opening targets.
• Achieve deposit mobilization targets.
• Attrition management for accounts and deposits.

Training

• 1 month training prior to joining the field force

Remuneration

• 18,000 including medical, plus 5,000 BDO allowance.
• Permanent Position
