We are a major public sector specialized financial institution, based in Islamabad, focusing on rural finance and development, with network of branches all across the country. In order to achieve objectives of strengthening the business and all the service delivery mechanism, high-caliber and result-oriented individuals are required to assume the role of Officer Grade-III in the field offices of the Bank who will be assigned field duties in various zones of the Bank all across the country to make disbursement in sound and innovative schemes to bring recoveries and mobilize resources.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: Maximum age of applicant will be 30 years as on last date of submission of applications. Qualification: • Graduate/Masters degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounts, Banking, Finance, Agriculture, Economics, IT/Computer, Engineering, Law, HR Management/ Public Administration. • No candidate with CGPA less than 2.5 in his/her academic record will be considered. • Those candidates can also apply who have completed all degree requirements in all respects till 01.04.2016 but only the result is awaited. However, all such candidates will provide documentary evidence of complete final result atthe time of interview. • Dual nationality holders are not eligible for the post.
Written Test:
The candidates meeting the eligibility criteria are required to register themselves with National Testing Service (NTS) for appearing in the written test.
Registration with NTS for Written Test:
Interested eligible candidates shall register themselves with NTS as per following procedure:-

• Please send the filled-up Application Form along with the original paid up copy of the Deposit Slip to: NTS Headquarters, 1 —E, Sector I-8/2, Islamabad.
• Last date of submission of applications is 01 April, 2016.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
Interview:
The candidates who qualify the written test will be short-listed on the basis of merit & only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
