Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are looking to recruit and experienced Area Manager covering the London and the South East of England. This brand is an established high street fashion brand with a mixture of stores across the UK. As an Area Manager you will lead your teams in all areas of customer service, sales and operational standards.
You will be responsible for creating an engaging working environment, outlining sales goals, kpi targets and motivating your teams to achieve objectives. I am looking for a senior manager who is very hands on and can lead people by coaching, up-skilling and tailored training. This role will involve working closely with buying and merchandising so it is essential that you are commercial and enjoy the visual side. You will actively be involved in leading projects as the brand develops and putting forward new ideas.
I am looking for an individual who has proven capabilities in an area or regional managers role and a manager who is very people oriented. You will be passionate about high street retail l and be keen to drive your business forward.
The starting salary is from £40,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience, and is reviewed throughout your career. Other company benefits include a company car, pension, healthcare and a generous clothing allowance.
