Eligibility Criteria:
Educational qualification:
• Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) from a reputable university or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or from a reputable accredited foreign university.
• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with single major in Human Resource Management from a reputable university or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or from a reputable accredited foreign university.
CGPA: Not less than 3.50 cumulative grading point average (CGPA) in the final masters degree transcript.
Experience: Not essentially required. HR Certifications: Candidates having HR Certifications from authentic HR organizations are likely to be given preference.
Age: Not more than 27 years as on November 30, 2016.
Selection Process:-
The selected candidates shall go through a comprehensive selection process, which includes initial shortlisfing strictly based on the eligibility criteria, and written test followed by interviews.
